Customers claiming sales tax exempt status - MN residents must provide a completed sales tax exemption form (ST-3). Non-MN residents are responsible for remitting appropriate sales tax in their home state or need to provide a tax exempt form. Weltsch Equipment only collects and remits sales due to the state of Minnesota.
Shipping orders are subject to change depending on weight and size of package. Mycnhstore.com does not account for variances in carrier prices. Weltsch equipment will reach out if shipping is higher than quoted online.
PARTS RETURN POLICY: Parts returned within 15 days - full refund. 16-30 days - 50% restocking fee. No parts returnable after 30 days. No returns on electrical items. Special Order parts incur a 20% return fee. Parts must be returned in new saleable condition.
